A delicious soft and mellow goats milk cheese produced in a convenient long square. 
 St. Anthony's is ripened in an edible white rind and has a clean, mild and nutty taste. 
 Its shape makes it ideal for slicing, cubing or grilling - when cooked it melts yet holds it shape and is simply delicious. 
 It is made using goats milk sourced from our own regular supply farms.
