Launch of new Cornish Camembert, June 2007...

We have been working towards creating this
cheese for many months.  We wanted this
Camembert to stand apart from our other cheese and those from other UK producers both in terms of pack presentation and product quality.  There is no doubt
that this cheese ticks all of these boxes and more...
it is box ripened and has all the flavour of the most pungent of this type of cheese...certainly not for the
faint hearted and a huge contrast to the many
tasteless UK white moulded cheeses.
We have launched this in Cornish Tesco stores
and nationally in Waitrose as Llawnroc Camembert (although this version does have some recipe enhancements).
It is also available from all good
independents.
