St. Anthony's

A delicious soft and mellow goats milk cheese produced in a convenient long square. St. Anthony's is ripened in an edible white rind and has a clean, mild and nutty taste. Its shape makes it ideal for slicing, cubing or grilling - when cooked it melts yet holds it shape and is simply delicious. It is made using goats milk sourced from our own regular supply farms.

Ideal for the cheese-board, in a salad, sandwich or for grilling. Available as 2 x 550g case (approx. weight).
