Matured for at least 6 months it has a delicious clean, fruity and full bodied flavour and a smooth, slightly crumbly texture. Made using 100% natural ingredients; goats milk, salt, rennet and starter cultures. This cheese is a perfect alternative to cows milk cheddar and can be used in exactly the same way.
Available waxed for deli: 2 x 1.25kg (2.5kg case) or pre-packed: Case sizes: 2.4kg 10 x 240g or 12 x 200g individually flow wrapped, labelled and boxed.
