Our own award winning goats cheese made with 100% Goat's milk sourced from our regular supply farms.
Matured for at least 6 months it has a delicious clean, fruity and full bodied flavour and a smooth, slightly crumbly texture.
 
 Made using 100% natural ingredients; goats milk, salt, rennet and starter cultures. 
 
This cheese is a perfect alternative to cows milk cheddar and can be used in exactly the same way.
  
Goats and cows milk are similar in calcium and phosphorus mineral content but goats milk has greater quantities of potassium, vitamin A, thiamin, and niacin.  

 Goats cheese is also easier to digest than cows cheese, due to the structure of the
 fat molecules.
